How to use Michael’s Luffas
- In water the luffas become supple instantly
- Don’t be afraid to scrub away, they are very durable.
- Dry them out and keep them fresh between washes by hanging up with the hand-made string loop. They will last longer if you do this.
- They are suitable for all the washing-up. As is normal practice, baked-on food should be soaked first .
- The luffas clean out as you use them and retain their natural clean colour. If food particles get stuck in the fibres, a good swish around in the water will normally clean away most of them.
- If its needed, you can wash them in the dishwasher or washing machine
- Depending on how often they are used, Michael’s Luffas will last between 1 and 3 months. They are not a novelty, but a real, cost-effective replacement for non-biodegradable plastic scourers.
