Postage and packing charges are as follows: £1.15 per single Luffa and £1.50 per triple pack.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days subject to availability. Delivery by Royal Mail is normally overnight from dispatch, depending on the area delivered to in the UK. Therefore we aim to have your order to you within 3-4 days from day of order.
Please note that on occasions, there may be particular demand for a certain product and it goes out of stock for a short period. We aim to keep these occasions to a minimum and will dispatch all orders in the shortest time possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

6. Delivery Charges.

7. Lost or Missing or damaged Parcels.
If you believe that a delivery is severely overdue, please let us know by email at info@michaelsluffas.co.uk or Tel: 01892 616871 and we will take appropriate action.
If a delivery arrives in a damaged state, you can accept delivery and contact us immediately. Any damaged products will be replaced free of charge.
